Application Process

The first step in obtaining enrollment is completing an Application Form. The form can be completed online by clicking the below link. Once we receive your application, we will reach out to you regarding payment of the $100 nonrefundable application fee. Our processing agent will review your application and respond with our availability within 72 business hours of the receipt of your application and application fee.

**Please note that there is a $100 non-refundable application fee due at the time of submitting your application. When completing the application, we will collect your name, email address, phone number, address, and employment information, along with your child’s name, sex, date of birth, and allergy information. We accept debit or credit cards to process the $100 application fee, which is processed through BrainTree.
